In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it in the condition it was sent in, we are happy to offer a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the items being returned. Items can be returned up to 28 days from the date they are dispatched, however unless the items are faulty, the return shipping costs will not be refunded by ourselves. Should you find a fault with anything you receive or wish to return your order for a refund, please send an email to email@example.com, and we will respond with details of where to return your parcel to.
Due to the nature of custom printing small quantities, there may be small white spots here or there on the prints which is quite common. These are not considered to be flaws. There may also be some flaws close to the selvedge on either side, we advertise the fabrics as being 52" as you should have 52" of perfectly usable fabric, anything wider than this is classed as the selvedge but can also be perfectly usable.
Jersey knit fabric is wrapped onto rolls when the printing process is complete, and this causes it to be stretched. We always try our hardest to make sure it's cut so you have at least 1 metre, however as the jersey relaxes in transit, it may shrink back slightly. If your fabric measures less than 96cm when it arrives laid flat on the floor, please do get in contact with us and we will sort the issue out for you.
If you have significant fading issues, please send myself a message with a photo, however due to everyone washing their fabrics using different methods, refunds will only be issued if there is an occurrence with 5 different people using the same fabric.
